Tracy Lane , Instructor of Children's Music

Tracy Lane holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Theater Education from Emerson College, where she also studied musical theater and voice. She has taught English and Drama in the public school system and directed and choreographed for several Massachusetts school systems, including Hanover, Hingham, Bridgewater and Thayer Academy. Tracy’s directing experience includes Anything Goes, Guys and Dolls, The Wiz, Bye, Bye, Birdie, and FPAC’s production of You Can’t Take It With You. She has performed in many productions including South Pacific, West Side Story, Kiss Me Kate, You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown and Candide as well as FPAC’s productions of The Nutcracker, ‘Tis the Season!, Moon Over Buffalo, Twelfth Night and Footloose. Tracy joined the FSPA faculty in 1995 and currently teaches Do, Re, Me! and musical theater and is coordinator for the school’s performing troupes and dance ensembles as well as costumer for both FSPA and FPAC.
